Workforce Nationalization Strategy

Swift Engineering recognizes the importance of nationalization and the role it plays in our operating locations. In an effort to develop and maintain a local workforce, we have a Workforce Nationalization Strategy, which seeks to:

  • Increase the number of local and native members employed in selected regions
  • Actively source qualified and skilled local and native members
  • Coordinate training of local and native members
  • Source government funding and resources to train unemployed local and native members

Our teams work with local communities with the main goal of supporting our clients and the projects we are engaged on. Through consultation, negotiation, and key relationship building, Swift Engineering identifies economic development and local employment opportunities on each project we participate in.
